The Old Meadow (Stara Louka) on the northern bank of the Teplá is the most prominent street in the town and, together with its continuation in Spa Street (Lazenska), is the main promenade of the spa town. In this area, the Teplá valley is quite narrow and the mountain range with its forests rises directly behind the buildings. The Grand Hotel Pupp is located at the southern end of the Old Meadow.
