Heuershof Manor Ruins

Highlight • Historical Site

A former estate currently located in Szczecin in the Małe Błonie Housing Estate at Łączna Street. In 1864, Wellmann, a merchant from Szczecin, bought the farms and, after merging them, created the Heuershof farm, named after one of the farmers - Heuer. He built a manor house in the central part. The next owner was the Germershausen family, later the owner's son-in-law, Bahnckegel. In 1879, the estate belonged to the Kӧniglische Reichsbank-Hauptstelle from Szczecin and the estate covered 218 ha of land. In 1892, the owner was Albert Behnke. Around 1918, the property was purchased by the Szczecin City Council and a new manor was built. Currently owned by Amber. The manor house is increasingly surrounded by apartment blocks. It is falling into ruin, just like the accompanying farm buildings. There was a small pond in the manor park.
