2nd time this tour walked now in the opposite direction. High point is the Wilhelminaberg with the longest stairs in the Netherlands. Down is easier than up. For many people this is a challenge to walk up as quickly as possible, given the number of sports enthusiasts who undertake this.

There are nicer walks in Limburg. All in all, not bad, but not necessarily recommended either. In particular, the stretch in Kerkrade itself, towards the Botanical Garden, was less successful. If the Garden had been open, that might have made up for it 😁. The part near the Wilhelminaberg and the Strijthagerbeekdal was definitely worth it.

It was supposed to be a nice tour. At 10km my mob stuck on komoot and couldn't move anymore. Tried everything, of course, but without success. Via via and Google maps shortest to car. Bales as a plug not known there, .... the sentence was off.
