This laid-back, coastal hotel is 6 km from Warnemünde lighthouse and 24 km from the rides and attractions of Karls Erlebnis-Dorf.

Right next to it is the almost 40 meter high lighthouse, another landmark of the Baltic Sea resort. It was put into operation in 1898. The lighthouse in Warnemünde is shown on the poster for the film "Shutter Island" with Leonardo Dicaprio - but nothing more. Because the Hollywood film was not shot on the Baltic Sea.

From Easter to the beginning of October the tower is open to visitors daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Admission is 2 euros.
