Warnemünde Lighthouse

The so-called Teepott is a landmark in Warnemünde. Ulrich Müther, a civil engineer from the island of Rügen, designed the striking building with the curved roof. In the tea pot you will find restaurants and souvenir shops.

Right next to it is the almost 40 meter high lighthouse, another landmark of the Baltic Sea resort. It was put into operation in 1898. Warnemünde Station Bridge (Old Strom Bridge)

Well, we cut short our walk in the eastern part of the Hohe Düne beach in Warnemünde.
The beach wasn't as pleasant to walk on as it was yesterday in the west – the Marina development wasn't our clientele, and the walk back along the busy road wasn't ideal at all.
