Ruhr Valley Between Hattingen and Bochum-Dahlhausen

Although I'm not exactly at home in this corner of Germany, but I can only recommend the Ruhrtalradweg.
In particular, I drove the piece between Essen Kettwig and Hattingen. If you think about what is happening around a traffic around, so this bike path is the purest recreation.
Thanks mainly to good road conditions, it is no problem with racing bikes.
If you want you can also settle in one of the many beer gardens and cafes and enjoy the great panorama.
Very well you can include the Ruhrtalradweg also in other bike paths, so that you get a nice big loop mostly without car traffic. (Nordbahntrasse, Kohlenbahntrasse and Niederbergbahn Panoramatrasse)

Helped elderly gentleman looking for mobile phone. Unfortunately without success.

Again very little going on. A few dog mums without a leash at Baldy, otherwise it was relatively quiet.
Unfortunately, the shoulders have still not been swept. It's not really fun to always take the split with you. I'm afraid nothing will happen before spring.
