Lovely ride out to Slawit "Slaithweight"
Weather behaved itself and the forecast of rain never came yay
All the paths have now been newly laid so I was disappointed there were no muddy bits hehe

This was a 21 miler but the mobile battery pack stopped. Nice food at Abbys cafe in Slaithweight
Weather turned out nice and sunny

Two years ago "24 August 2022" We all went on this 20 miler. Long story short, i felt "not quite right" thinking it was acid reflux. A week later I had been told to go the Bradford BRI A & E. Apparently I had had three heart attacks ooops. October 2022 triple bypass. July 2023 diagnosed with heart failure.
