Be careful, the passage using the GR4 to descend from the plateau (the descent at the end of the route) is not always suitable for Gravel and will require setting foot on the ground for the majority of practitioners. Alternatives are possible by road or perhaps the TransVerdon.

Once around the Lac de Saint-Croix, simply beautiful. 🤩

The gravel section to Bauduen was quite bumpy in some sections. We had 40 mm wide tires, with narrower tires I would rather drive on the asphalt road (but definitely don't skip it, it's really pretty).
