Today Mtb in Queyras...spectacle! The astronomical observatory is the highest in Europe at 2931 m...A 10 minute walk, at least for me🙂you go up to Pic Renard (2989) from where you can enjoy a 360 degree panorama... The Blanche refuge is also beautiful, located in a large amphitheatre dominated by the Rocca Bianca.

To close this holiday period...
Yesterday epic day in the Queyras regional park...
Discovering an astronomical observatory of the Pic de Château Renard, first time in my life to have seen something like this.... visit saint-véran highest village in Europe 2042 mt.
To finish visit to the refuge and lac de la blanche.
Another day to close in the bank

Very scenic exhaust loop ride. All can be done in the saddle and without too many difficulties. Spectacular view and really fun descent for the return!
