Wiek Chalk Bridge

Highlight • Bridge

Interesting technical monument, built after the First World War. Never used, chalk from a quarry in Puttgarten was supposed to be loaded here using a narrow-gauge railway. Accessible, great view of the harbor!

The route is very picturesque, interesting and easy. The section from Wiek to Wittower fahre is on very worn-out paving stones, I do not recommend cutting it off for purse makers. The remaining sections of the route were flawless. I recommend.
