If you neglect the mountains, there is something for everyone when hiking in the LSG Thümmlitzwald! Enchanted forest paths and meadows as well as small ponds with idyllic rest areas. On the beautiful circular hiking trail around Lake Thümmlitz you walk past the old papal mill and can make a worthwhile detour to the "beautiful view"!
