What a beautiful landscape that is 🤔. This tour started in Markschellenberg, a small town with around 1,770 inhabitants. From here we drove along the Berchtesgadener Ache towards Berchtesgaden, where we visited the Berchtesgaden salt mine, where Bad Reichenhall salt has been produced for over 500 years. On the Ettenberg at the church right down is definitely only for hikers! Unfortunately, Komoot has issued an Alpine trail as a cycle route.
