Just cycling up to the Sonnenhütte would be a bit too easy, after all you want to earn your food. So the little tour around the Mythen to Einsiedeln, along the Sihlsee via Oberiberg to the Ibergeregg. The entrecôte on the rock with a view is definitely worth it.
