Today was the ideal hiking weather, but unfortunately without a distant view of the Alps.
Here you hike through landscapes as once described by Gottfried Keller. You walk up several times and enjoy the best views of the lake and its surroundings. The Glarner and Central Swiss Alps provide a spectacular backdrop.

I couldn't avoid the rain today, but I still wanted to get a few more kilometers of fresh air. The panoramic view from the Panorama Trail wasn't there either.
