This tour takes us to Cape North of Texel. This is a beautiful bike tour signposted by VVV Texel. Unfortunately, we had to contend with a strong headwind for the entire lap. But the dunes, the sea, the windmills and the lighthouse more than make up for it. The small village of Oosterend is also worth seeing.

The first section took us through Eierland to the coast. From there we drove a wonderful route through the dunes and untouched nature to the lighthouse. After a short rest we went back to Oost along the mudflats.
