First of all: That was nice! 😍

Parked and started at the parking lot above the cemetery, I simply followed the road uphill to find the entrance to Battenberg's Burgenweg. Officially it starts at the hiking portal at the old town hall and at the Hansel and Gretel fountain on Marburger Straße I also discovered a sign with directions.

I love this castle hill tour near Battenberg! The old oaks, the red slate, the view from the tower is simply wonderful! That was the perfect day for it! Wonderful with these autumn colors of the trees.
