Great starting point for hikes! The hut is run by two sisters and you are warmly welcomed. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and the beer is great: berggasthof-kenzenhuette.de.

At 22° and a white-blue sky (more white towards the end 😉) from Füssen to the Kenzenhütte.

The climb is sometimes very tough but the landscape and views are worth it. Water accompanies most of the way, the path along the Halblech is particularly beautiful - small streams and waterfalls keep coming from the left and right.

Water accompanies you for a large part of the way, especially beautiful is the path along the Halblech with some water inlets.
