August 29, 2023,24 km um die 🔃 Weser 🔄 🚲🚲
Weser cycle path - the first 12 km back and forth. It was nice, but I would have liked more paths right next to the river...

The children in the boats, probably a holiday camp, drove past the start, in between we overtook them and on our way back we finally waved at each other 😅

Ilona, no picture of you! I won't forget you though!😉😍

Today we have at +32 degrees 🥵, from Hann. Münden, took a close look at the Weserradweg 🚴‍♂️🚴🏿‍♀️. Uphill and down on both sides A drink break 🍻 at the Hemeln campsite where we were before in 2019...

... The small ferries are always a special experience and then back at the Weserstein, where Werra and Fulda ♥️ kiss …

Not a good idea and decision to drive a little bit along the Weser today... to maybe eat some delicious ice cream 🍨😎🌞
Both paths to the right and left took us along very busy streets 😖
The well-known Weser cycle path is even directly on the federal road👎
It was only a good 10 km each, but that was …

We like to take the boat across the different rivers in Germany. It' a part of enjoyment for us. On the way to Hann Munden, we were lucky to see a flea market and look at some nice bits and pieces. We enjoy the H.Munden town. Another great day in Germany 🇩🇪
Sometimes the beginning and end are very close together... Not just the beginning and end of the small tour, but also the end of Werra and Fulda and the beginning of the Weser at the Weserkuss.... Unfortunately, the path here is mostly next to well-frequented roads. ...

Nice view of the Weser and half-timbered houses on the west side. Blooming strips 2m on field margins with a lot of humming.

Opening trip with 8-seater bike. The first trip was not well organized. Our first rest in Gimte. The “Zum Weserblick” inn was closed. Our second rest "Zur Fähre" in Hemeln, the outside lighting was too cold, it was cozy in the inn. 3. The ferry from Hemel to Veckerhagen has increased prices. Otherwise it was a beautiful day.
