After a long time again a tour in the Nördlinger Ries

Following our earlier tours, today we went from Oettingen to Dinkelsbühl. We followed the Wörnitz on the way there - including a short visit to Wassertrüdingen. Our way back went along the Weser - Romantic Road long-distance cycle path to Fremdingen before we returned to Oettingen.

On the second day, the Ostschleife was driven. The route initially led in the Wörnitztal to Willburgstetten and then over two large hills to the northern edge of the Rieser crater. In the Ries we went past Oettingen to Megesheim for a lunch break. From Oettingen the route ran along the Wörnitz via Wassertrüdingen back to Dinkelsbühl.
