Following our earlier tours, today we went from Oettingen to Dinkelsbühl. We followed the Wörnitz on the way there - including a short visit to Wassertrüdingen. Our way back went along the Weser - Romantic Road long-distance cycle path to Fremdingen before we returned to Oettingen.

Starting point: Wassertrüdingen.
Up the Wörnitz river to Dinkelsbühl. Continue to the Rothenburger Weiher, Rothenburger Tor, St. Georg Minster and across the Wörnitzinsel. In Mönchsroth to the Limes tower then to Maihingen to the monastery. The monastery was founded in 1437 by Count von Oettingen.
