Forest path along the River Enz

Highlight • Trail

Here you will find a wide, easy-to-drive forest path, right next to the Enz. In summer it is wonderfully shady and in many places you can easily reach the clear water of the river.

It's just wonderful to look at these steeply sloping vineyards. The work in it will be tough. The wine is good for that.

August 31, 2024,65Km - ENZTALRADWEG, von Bad Wildbad nach Vaihingen/Enz und zurück nach Sersheim
Today we did another longer bike tour - it was 65 km.
We took the train to Bad Wildbad. We looked around the little town. Then we rode the Enztal cycle path to Vaihingen/Enz - sometimes directly on the Enz, sometimes a little further away on the Enz. Well-known towns were: Calmbach, Höfen(Enz), Neuenbürg, Birkenfeld, Pforzheim, Eutingen(Enz), Niefern, Enzberg, Dürrmenz, …

Today we drove the Enztalradweg from Bad Wildbad in the Black Forest to Bietigheim. Right at the beginning there was delicious trout and sturgeon. I was pleasantly surprised by Pforzheim. Unfortunately, the cycle path was blocked shortly afterwards. But the route around Mühlacker made up for everything. Overall a nice tour. Finally again...

Great flat tour on the Enz. Bad Wildbad was an eldorado for mountain bikers with anything to do with Enduoro...
The bike path is fun. I drive it once a year. 😎 Weather and temperatures perfect.
