Cadence Cycling Club have opened a new cafe on the South Downs above Cocking. There are tools outside and space for bikes to park up. The food is delicious and it’s perfect for a mid-ride stop.

Very friendly and welcoming. Lots of vegan/veggie options. They were happy for me to charge devices, use facilities and top up water supplies. There's also an external door to use toilets and sink for water etc and a pump/tool stand.

February 20, 2025,Cadence Cafe – Flint Barn Cafe, Cocking loop from Singleton

Beautiful views, with different terraines and inclines. Rosie ran off into the woods for 15 mins. Cows and Barn, lots of wildlife, farm animals and a nice big cafe. Will do again 8n better weather.
