At night, all I could hear was the sound of the wind and the sea. In the morning, the chirping of birds – a fantastic start to the day. After another night in the tent, I felt butterflies in my stomach on the last day, and the thirst for adventure seized me for the final leg of the Skye Trail. …

This was our first leg of the Skye Trail. We started relatively late because there were no gas cartridges to buy at the Coop in Broadford (not even at the gas station). You have to know that, because then you wouldn't have to go back to Kyle to get them ;-)

And then the last day on the Skye Trail has already arrived. I wish it could have lasted another two weeks!
Fortunately, a nice ending, with remote paths along lochs and abandoned villages during the clearances. Worthy end to such a nice adventure!
