Our small hiking group has covered about 36 kilometers in the last three days. We experienced a lot in and around Heidelberg and had a lot of fun in the evening at the Heidelberg Wine Bank...it was a wonderful and pleasant time, thank you all very much.

Before the big rush on the hiking trails arrived, we hiked two of the four castles in pleasant temperatures and, thanks to @Pu Muckl's tip, also visited the Rothsnasenhütte with its magnificent view.
