When we think back to last year, the forests weren't nearly as green as this year.
You can tell that it has rained a lot in the past few weeks.
The vegetation is much greener in the ground area.

Today we were at Karlstern again for a long time.
We had the impression that there were a lot of fallen trees lying around there.
When we took a closer look, we noticed that it looked as if the trees were becoming rotten in the first half meter and then simply toppling over. (see picture 8)
