August 29, 2024,Monte Grappa die dritte 🚴
This morning we went 25 km up the Brenta valley against the wind to then reach the Monte Grappa from behind. That was by far the steepest and longest of my three routes to the monament. It was beautiful 😀💪

Monte Grappa you are my homeland,
upon you our sun shines,
to you he looks who hopes and waits
for the brothers who stand guard there

The enemy has already broken against you
Who was looking towards Italy,
such a bulwark does not pass
entrusted to Italian hearts.
