Took my first hike in the Döberitzer Heide today in cloudy weather. The start and end point was a parking lot near Krampnitz. Today's route led around the training area in Berlin, with the northern boundary on the Döberitzer Heide circular hiking trail around the wilderness core zone, which is managed by the Sielmann Foundation. I can recommend the tour and thank you Heinz Sielmann for saving nature. A former military training area became a nature reserve through the acquisition.

A tip: The passage marked in the last picture should be avoided by turning left shortly beforehand. I was expelled from the place by Bundeswehr police officers (are about 400m)
