First cycling tour (absolutely to be done on MTB) in Mentana, excellent organisation. Some sections crossed are on private land which had granted passage for the occasion, other sections are in the woods, so if you want to follow the route, you must make sure you have alternative sections nearby and not to cycle after rainy periods.
