Two-part walk in Zemst: a loop through the Hofstade domain and one through Vriezenbroek.
The Hofstade domain owes its origin to the Brussels-Mechelen railway line. Sand extraction created large wells that were filled with water. It became a popular recreation area, from 1932 with various sports and dining facilities.
