Departure from the church of Monte di Nese, ascent to the Filaressa up to the cross, then descent and subsequent steep ascent to the second peak which then leads, on a slight slope, to the hamlet of Salmezza above Selvino. On the way back, take path 533 which takes us back to the starting point.
