Sanctuary of the Madonna del Rio Secco

Highlight • Religious Site

This sanctuary is a magical place. It is said that in the first half of the 17th century a great light appeared and the charcoal burners who were the first to rush to the place were presented with a painting of the Madonna of exquisite workmanship. The church was enlarged in the early 1900s by the population of Hano, the ancient name of Capovalle.

Lake Valvestino

Highlight • Lake

The suggestive lake of Valvestino, with its enchanting inlets and imposing overhanging rocks, offers a spectacle of rare beauty. The winding road that runs through it is a true paradise for summer motorcyclists and offers, in the remaining months of the year, the possibility of peacefully enjoying the solitude of an extraordinary landscape.

Passing Lake Idro and heading towards Capovalle, the first traces of Lake Valvestino appear, captivating with the color of the water, intensely blue in summer and enveloping blue in winter. The shadows of the surrounding mountains create suggestive reflections, giving the landscape an atmosphere of extraordinary beauty.

This artificial basin, regulated by the imposing Ponte Cola dam on the Toscolano stream, offers scenery that evokes the Norwegian fjords. Lake Valvestino thus becomes a place of authentic natural beauty, far from the chaos of the city, ideal for those seeking unforgettable visual and sensorial experiences.

That was a heavy number for me ‼️

The new sprocket package has made itself really affordable (from 11/42 to 11/46), so that I was able to cope with the inclines well and battery management was made much easier > there is no more about the battery 🔋.

Daniel and Sascha from "Fun Corner" prepared the bike perfectly.
