Schenna Castle

The Lords of Schenna appear as Ministeriale of the Counts of Tyrol during the 12th Century in appearance. Not only the castle, but also the mausoleum on the church hill of Schenna, where Archduke Johann and his family found their final resting place, as well as the Thurnerhof as an agricultural farm and traditional tavern, belong to the estate today.
