A hamlet located on the Glems, which belongs to Markgröningen. Here you will find some very beautiful half-timbered houses, and the most beautiful part of the path along the Glems to Unterriexingen also starts from here.

Current notice: at the sewage treatment plant behind Markgröningen there is a sign: closed to pedestrians. When you're ready to climb over a slightly thicker fallen tree, ignore the sign and just keep walking.

Once inadvertently stopped Komoot. At this point just continue on the path.

A wonderful hike along the Glems, which meanders to the Enz. This natural little river inspires the nature lover.
From the Glems it goes up to the
Old town of Markgröningen where you can have delicious cakes and a nice coffee, recommended.

Today we went on a guided hike with the Swabian Alb Association's Baltmannsweiler local group. Partly on narrow nature trails, we first hike directly alongside the Enz River, flowing gently beneath the vineyard slopes. Finally, we follow the Leudelsbach stream through an idyllic valley up to Markgröningen. We'll stop for lunch in the historic town center. Those who want more …

The next Easter round: simply connect my personal favorite valleys. In addition, at the beginning of the hike there was wonderful, warm light, which gave the atmosphere in the Leudelsbach Valley something almost magical. In the Glems valley it was a very photogenic heron that, for once, didn't fly away frightened when trying to take a photo.

Huhu 🙋‍♂️🙋today a relaxed tour around Markgröningen (in the end it got a bit steep up 😅) so today we went on the Glemsmühlenweg (Spitalmühle-Untere Mühle-Papiermühle) along the Glems 💦 Enz 💦 and Leudelsbach 💦. In the castle 🏰 of Unterriexingen there is a private animal boarding house. On a path along the Enz 💦 then a bunker ruin 😌 …

Start was today on the 🅿️Oil mill from there we went through Leudelsbachtal to the Enzeckstüble, further along the Enz to Unterriexingen. Through the beautiful Glemstal to Markgröningen and there a short tour through the city... I saw the tour at Wanderecco and changed it a bit, think it's great to hike along the Glemstal. Thank you for sharing.
