November 25, 2023,Nordpfad Dört-Moor und kleine und große Bullensee
Very nice hike with magical weather. But be careful, you can't get through all the paths at the moment without rubber boots and dry feet😉It was very adventurous.

The natural path through moor, forest and heath is a delight for nature lovers and Germany's most beautiful hiking trail in 2021

The starting point of the northern path "Dör't Moor" is at the 🅿️ Großer Bullensee.

The Bullensees were formed during the last ice age as the remains of an ice age glacier. Due to the high humic content in the lakes (due to the boggy surroundings), no fish live there.

Showing Translation

The small Bullensee is clearly the more beautifully situated lake and the path through the forest directly to the small Bullensee is impressively original. This is a short hike that is definitely recommended.

Actually, we had the plan to hike due to the Great Moor Circuit. The desire was great after yesterday's museum and harbor tour. But then it started to rain so much that we decided to take the Butterweg and make the tour shorter.
