Since I wanted to go to Heidelberg today anyway komoot.com/de-de/tour/2942797555, I thought I could also do the parkrun. Coincidentally, there was a Special today - "Sport im Park meets parkrun". A coach from Heidelberg SiP offered a small warm-up program for the subsequent run. Heidelberg SiP has a quite interesting program: heidelberg.de/HD/Leben/sport+im+park.html
