Sure-footedness is definitely required! Especially now in autumn, when the roots and stones are covered with leaves and slippery. From km 6.5 there are some rope protections, but there are a few more difficult places, especially before and when crossing the Gypsy stream (Jessas! Are you even allowed to say that?) at km 7.1.

A wonderful hike, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain ranges. In between it is a bit steeper and good shoes are recommended. The path from Buchecksattel to Jagaalm is a narrow path that requires surefootedness in between.
