Rettenbach Deer Enclosure

Take the exit from the center of Ried and drive east towards Zillenberg. After approx. 240 m it goes right up the hill to the school. Follow the road to the intersection and keep left on the bike path towards Baindlkirch. At the roundabout, follow the cycle path towards Tegernbach. After about 3 km, a sun lounger invites you to take a break on one of the highest points in the Wittelsbacher Land with a distant view of the Alps. The cycle path ends in Tegernbach, where you now drive on the road past the golf course to Baindlkirch. In Baindlkirch two inns offer the opportunity to stop. In the shady beer garden of the Fischerwirt, children will also get their money's worth on the spacious playground. A few meters further on, the Giggenbach family offers specialties from the Wittelsbacher Land in the inn with vineyards. In the further course you pass the idyllic game reserve near Rettenbach. From the Liebfrauenhof you continue on an approx. 1.3 km long gravel path to the Riedhöfe. There, please keep to the right in the direction of Eismannsberg and take the well-developed path through the Eurasburger Forest. From Eurasburg take the road to Rohrbach. The tour continues on the bike path to Bachern and over the Eisbach valley back to Ried. At the end of the tour, you can stop at "Lenz". The Rieder Hof offers excellent regional Bavarian cuisine and in summer the cozy beer garden invites you to round off the tour.
