We started at the VKW, there are still a few meters in altitude and you take different paths again. They were dry on the lower Kanzele section and overall it was wonderful to walk, not too warm and also without any wind.

the ruins of Hohenbregenz Castle, the pilgrimage chapel and the Gebhardsberg castle restaurant are all here; only the ring wall of the core castle and parts of the palace have survived from the castle complex
