There is the Cutty Sark, the restored British tea clipper, the Old Royal Naval College, the Maritime Museum, Queens House and, if you walk a bit further, Greenwich Park and the historic Royal Observatory. From Cutty Sark looking north, you can see the modern buildings of Canary Wharf, the financial district, and you can cross the river using the Greenwich Foot Tunnel as well. Getting here is easy, take the DLR from Bank or Canary Wharf, or the Clipper to Greenwich Pier. There are lots of restaurants and shops around.

If you go through the Greenwich Pedestrian Tunnel from the south to the north bank of the Thames, or vice versa, you have a beautiful view of the London district opposite. On the one hand, Royal Greenwich, on the other, Isle of Dogs and Canary Wharf. Royal Greenwich boasts a large, historic ensemble of buildings that have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the two northern districts, which are part of the Docklands, London is growing into the sky. The tallest buildings in London are located here in a very small space and the skyline is completely the opposite of that on the south bank.
