Reitlingstal Trailhead Parking

Highlight • Parking

small parking lot between Reitlingstal and Tetzelstein. Especially on the weekends (Sundays) and when the weather is naturally nice, these places can be parked quickly. But ideal for a tour in the vicinity of the Reitling valley.

Recommended hiking trail into Reitlingstal. In the direction of the hiking car park in Reitlingstal, there is an interesting, beautiful highlight near the small car park, the stream shrinkage. Shouldn't be left out!

Source of the Wabe

Highlight • River

As described, the comb has multiple sources, and this appears to be one of them.
The Wabe is a stream in Lower Saxony about 26.5 kilometers long, has its source in the Elm and flows into the Schunter near Braunschweig.

July 14, 2024,Bachschwinde in der Teufelsküche 😯🤔🥾🌳
Today ELMI the second 😄. After the Amplebener Kuhlen circular trail, we did this little walk to the Bachschwinde. Of course, we stopped off at the Reitlingstal restaurant beforehand ☕🍰. The hike actually starts at the parking lot at the restaurant. We started at the hiking parking lot on the L 629. As always, path 29 is well signposted.☺️ The …

Today I had to go out again and enjoy the beautiful autumn weather and what could be more obvious than enjoying the beautiful Elm.

Today's spring weather lured us into the Reitlingstal, where we walked the circular hiking trails 27 and 29 one after the other.
Both start at the parking lot at the Reitling restaurant and can be combined with each other without any problems. But I recorded them one after the other for you.
Along the pastures, it first goes downhill from …

After an early stop for tea and cake in the restaurant, to calm one's conscience, we went around on familiar paths, always following the 29. But not without taking a slightly longer detour to the Wild Garlic Sea from the Wandererparkpkatz right at the beginning. 😁 The first buds can already be seen here.
