Floating House on Lake Partwitzer

Highlight • Structure

The floating house was built as a reference for the settlement floating houses on the Partwitzer lake. It is the smallest two-storey type and offers space for 2-3 residents due to its compact, well thought-out floor plan. Corridor, bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen with direct exit to the generous glazed sun deck form the ground floor. The living room with comfortable seating area and access to the upper deck (balcony) and the bedroom with panoramic windows are located upstairs.
The first "floating house" on the Partwitzer lake invites year round for a holiday on the water. Fascinating here is the view of a sunset from the terrace and the light swings on the waves.
