It is worth the drive to the Hoherodskopf !!!!

The entrance to the Fuchstrail (approx. 21 km, medium difficulty) is located directly at the parking lot not far from the 144 meter high telecommunications tower on the Hoherodskopf. With real momentum, it goes a few meters over the ski slope and then turns to the left into the forest. Here …

In beautiful spring weather with blue skies, I took on the Hirschtrail and Fuchstrail.

The series of drops on the Hirschtrail can be bypassed.

There are so many highlights along the circuit; which one should be mentioned? It's different for everyone. Just a few: the Nidda spring, the Bonifatius pulpit, the Hoherodskopf viewpoint/at the radio mast, and the viewpoint near …

Today we went to the Vogelsberg. A really very nice MBT with many long trails up and downhill. I can recommend it to everyone. 👍👍

Two years ago, I rode the Wild Sau Trail, and today I finished the Hoherodskopf Trails with the Deer and Fox Trails.

All quite "nice," but neither technically challenging nor with any major trail sections. Long sections on forest paths, with a small portion of singletrack.
Not worth the trip.

After a short injury break, the long-cherished wish Vogelsberg / Hoherodskopf was ticked off today. Unfortunately it was cold up there in autumn.

A local MTB hero (multiple MTB master) has created three trails here:
Deer Trail
Wild boar trail
and fox trail

I made deer and wild boars.

Nice tour with my homemade Enduro ARC 8 Extra. Everything included. Root trail on the Wildsautrail, downhill on the Bilstein and flow on the Hirschtrail. 3 times ascent to the Hoherodskopf and the isotonic drink at the Doro. 💪🚵🍺😃

father's day,
Weather was nice, woman had to work.
So, after the dog walk at noon, loaded the bike into the truck and off to the Vogelsberg..
Ride a trail here.
The difficulty levels are not that high. There was also the option of choosing between a difficult section and an easier one.
The old Nato camp and bunker still …

High trail density. Deer trail flowing, wild sautrail heavily rooted.
