In disgusting light drizzling weather I put my running shoes on again.
This time the round counterclockwise. Up to Partenheim, along the Partenheimer Bach to the junction with the Saubach and then along the Saubach back up to Jugenheim.
But one thing became clear to me again. Just a run every 2-3 weeks, that's nothing for over 60.

Since we had to stop our hike yesterday due to rain and don't have time this afternoon, I had to walk at least a little.
However, the concrete paths were very difficult to walk on. Partly slightly flooded and often completely muddy. Running like I was on soft soap, especially since I was wearing the wrong shoes. Your own fault.
