When the weather is good, you can see a beautiful panorama from Breitenberg. I would pack €3 so that you can buy water if your water bottle is empty. I don't think you need any equipment because there is only a small climbing section on the descent to Hinterstein. It is also important to mention that there is no alpine pasture on the way, so pack food. For the tour, I would recommend taking the ascent via Häbelesgund, as it is more in the shade.

But don't forget that this tour has an elevation of 1000 meters, so fitness is also important.
