A beautiful tour that is sometimes very slippery in wet weather.
The GR 221 was recently renovated and there are sections where we really had to look for the way.
From the Coll de Sant Jordi we followed a lower path for the first time, which we recommend as the way back

Beautiful hike. Some steep sections starting from Valldemossa!

A tough day today. I didn't expect it beforehand. The first four kilometers flew by, but after that it became a bit more challenging (and fun). In the forest the route is only sporadically indicated and you have to search for the right path. Furthermore, a lot of climbing and scrambling over rough terrain.

Great route with great views. You pass lime kilns and charcoal kilns again and again. There are great rest stops and a stone staircase built right into the wall.

Arriving in Valldemossa, we let ourselves be carried away by the town's wonderful atmosphere. It's very beautiful, and in the evening we found another great restaurant (as we do every evening, …

The first part of the 4th stage. Valdemossa is a small tourist town with a couple of beautiful sights. The museum is highly recommended.

On the hopefully hottest day we climbed and descended properly. Partly through extensive holm oak forests, partly through wild nature trails.
At the destination Valldemossa we rewarded ourselves with a gratin of almond milk - just perfect! ☕️

Despite only being 10 kilometers long, it is a tour that should not be underestimated. All paths are made of scree or rock.
