Turner's Hill South Climb

Highlight (Segment) • Viewpoint

This is quite a well known climb on a fairly busy road, from the south up to the village of Turners Hill.

Ardingly Village

Highlight • Cafe

A small Sussex village with all the vital ingredients; a good cafe, a couple of pubs, a post office... as well as one of the largest showgrounds in the Southeast of England and a scuba diving shop! The showground is a good place to teach children to ride a bike as its got several kilometres of safe sealed roads with no traffic.

Recommend this place,. Nice scenic. Can be busy at rush hours

One of the best viewpoints in the Ashdown Forest - the outlook is to the west over Old Lodge Nature Reserve and other heathland and light woodland of Winnie the Pooh country.

View of Ashdown Forest

Highlight (Segment) • Forest

Whichever way you've come up to get here you'll have done some climbing, so make sure to enjoy the epic views out over the High Weald and Ashdown Forest. Especially if you came up Kidd's Hill (the Wall), one of the top 100 UK climbs. Usually quiet, with a great road surface, it's a cycling paradise.

Cotchford Hill

Highlight (Segment) • Natural Monument

This is a long hill that sits next to the more famous Kidd's Hill (also known as 'The Wall'), personally I prefer the short sharp shock of the wall but this is also quite a nice climb.

Priory Road Climb

Highlight (Segment) • Climb

Averages about 4% but it’s a long steady climb over about 3km into Ashdown Forrest

Turners Hill North Climb

Highlight (Segment) • Viewpoint

It's a well known climb but the roads are quite busy.
