City - Country - River: This short morning or after-work tour around the federal capital of Bern offers you a bit of everything. Well-maintained bike paths will quickly take you out of the city center. At Wohleiberg you cross the river Aare and reach the agricultural hill country at the gates of Bern. Between fields and forests there are always great views. If the weather is ideal, you have a clear view of the white peaks of the Alps. Through the picturesque moor landscape of the Lörmoos and Büsselimoos you finally get back to the Aare, which meanders between the hills and causes confusion every now and then with its constant changes of direction. Via Bern Tiefenau and Bern Felsenau you finally cycle back to the starting point in the center of Bern on cycle paths.

Tip: extend your tour to Wohlensee. There are many small bathing spots along the lake where you can take a break and refresh yourself in the cool water.
