Cap d'Artrutx is located at the southern end of Ciutadella de Menorca. It was built in 1858 and was enlarged in 1968 to reach the 43 meters high it is today. It is an exceptional place to watch the sunset.

Great route but several sections of the trail are advanced level and seriously challenging. Rugged rock formations felt like the moon surface, with complex ups and downs. Be prepared to walk some sections unless you are a pro cross-trail rider! The inland paths away from the cliff edges tended to be better.

Tough road...at least near the sea. It's usually better to take a path above...after the last beach we went up. way normal. more difficult route at the end...shortened. The path is a signposted circular route around the entire island. very beautiful beaches
