Sentiero Scannamugliera – Iazzo Ognissanti in the Gargano National Park

This challenging route, with its 2145 feet (654 metres) of elevation gain, takes about 4 hours and 17 minutes to complete. As you navigate the varied terrain of dirt roads, rocky sections, and ancient mule tracks with steps carved directly into the rock, you'll be treated to sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Manfredonia and the Tavoliere delle Puglie. The trail immerses you in a unique rupestrian landscape, featuring deep valleys, dense Mediterranean scrub, and well-preserved agricultural terraces.
