Very relaxed tour with little elevation through the beautiful and almost endless Langental
Hike through the beautiful Langental, beautifully situated and completely away from the noise. If you continue uphill, you come to the Puez hut. But it was too strenuous for us today. Instead, a hiking group with an alphorn player was here 😍
Walk suitable for everyone, in the valley with the mountains around. Once you reach a fence, go past it to arrive in a large opening! You can park, for a fee, near a hut where you can also eat!
Again bad weather for skiing. That's why we chose an alternative program again
Europe trip 2023 / 🇮🇹 *own creation* Own rating: 7+ / 7⭐ Start / finish: "Parkplatz Vallunga - Selva" (HQ7F+J7 Selva di Val Gardena, Autonomous Province of Bolzano - South Tyrol). Again, currently free of charge. Tour Highlights: - 100% pure nature 😍 - Part of the Dolomites – UNESCO World Natural Heritage - 0% asphalt - 0% traffic noise - surrounded by a magnificent panorama 🔭 - varied and partly exciting paths - Sunbathing and relaxing on a bench in the middle of the valley - Selva Castle (ruin!) 🏚 Briefly summarized: - a few people were walking around here, but you always felt like you were on your own - There are trail markers, but you don't need them! - there are (well thought-out!) seating options everywhere with great views and sometimes off the beaten path on the meadow 🪑 - Trail surface: mainly gravel, stony paths, forest floor & root paths and a bit of meadow My 2nd hike today and what can I say: Absolute recommendation! What an impressive tour - you can't stop being amazed! 🤩 One of the best I've ever walked, even if it's mainly "walking paths" in the valley. You really have to be careful not to tilt your head back too much, because then you'll lose your way pretty quickly or threaten to tip over. 🤣 I tried to take as many paths as possible and found paths where I didn't meet anyone. For example, I had the way back completely to myself because most of them walked the "main route". 🤷🏼♀️ ℹ️ Some side paths are also not visible on the Komoot map, so just give it a try!!! 🤠
