On this fantastically beautiful hike you can delve deep into the history, nature and culture of the landscape. Here you walk on the paths of the promising Carnic High Trail and can marvel at the special nature. The green meadows are peppered with light stones. They lie there like stars in the sky - viewed from above, do you perhaps recognize a great constellation? The adventurous and fantastic mountain landscape will cast a spell over you. But that's not all - the man-made alpine culture will also inspire you.
Above, summit ridges like bizarre limestone reefs that seem to rise straight out of an invisible sea, and below, a hidden, peaceful world of lush green mountain basins with a magnificent world of flowers and plants. On the way you can also try the Gailtaler Almkäse and take a piece home with you as the essence of your hike.
